FULL SERVICE
PLANNING + DESIGN
The Full Service Planning & Design Package takes the stress out of the planning process and leaves you with all the fun. This package is ideal for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding including the planning process and event day from set-up to tear down. Lean on our expertise and allow us to guide you through the planning journey step by step knowing that each and every detail will be accounted for and threaded through your big day.
This package includes booking all venues and vendors, budget management, in addition to working directly with us one on one to design a cohesive and personalized event.
PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN
This package is perfect for the couple who has been hands-on but needs a little help pulling all the details together and wants to enjoy their day while leaving the day-of duties to a professional. We know how much thought and love you’ve put into your wedding so far, but let us help you cross the finish line. We enter the picture several months in advance, catch up to speed, and all tackle all of the remaining logistics to make sure every last detail is what you’ve dreamed of. We’ll lock down all remaining vendors and offer professional design touches to your existing plan. Let our professional guidance set your mind at ease and allow you to be present for every special moment on your wedding day.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
You’ve done your research, you’ve chosen all your vendors. You’ve fretted over linens, flowers, bands and you’ve planned and designed the wedding of your dreams. Bravo to you because we know that was not easy. Now you deserve to enjoy it! The Olive Street Event Management Package often referred to as "day of coordination" offers you peace of mind to relax and know that every detail of your special day is being handled by seasoned professionals. Beginning 4-6 weeks before your wedding we will join forces and work together to nail down every last final detail.
VENUE SELECTION
Booking your venue is the most important, and generally the first, step in the wedding planning process. Your venue sets the tone for the rest of the wedding. There are a lot of factors that go into making that big decision and perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed with the magnitude of not only the choice you have to make but the amount of time it will take to research your options.
Our Venue Selection Package includes a 1-Hour consultation with us to get a feel for your unique personality as individuals and a couple along with your wants and needs in a venue. Then we narrow the field down to 5-8 venues that fit your parameters and offer a full report on the specifications of each venue. You then decide which are your top two choices and we tour the venues with you, offering our counsel and suggestions borne from our years of experience in the industry. Once you decide on a venue we will also take a peek at your contract to make sure all your bases are covered. Once your venue is selected you can begin the rest of your wedding planning journey!
